Refund Policy
Let’s be honest. You want a product that does what it says it will and does what you want it to do. I want to provide that product. A refund means I haven’t achieved that goal, so let’s work together, Contact me here – Bob. Chargebacks and refunds cost me money, but losing you (and anybody you might talk to) costs me more! Having said that, here is the official company policy.
All of the products sold on this site are digital goods. As such, a refund can only be granted if the item wasn’t downloaded after purchase, or if the item is defective or doesn’t function as described.
Before requesting a refund, please open a support ticket so that we can help to resolve any difficulties you might be having.
Things to keep in mind
- We are a third-party, not affiliated with Pinegrow, Oxygen, Elementor, or Divi (Elegant Themes). Any refund requests or support questions should be sent to us and not those individual companies.
- All plugins require a working copy of the most recent theme for which they are a plugin. Refunds will not be granted for plugins that don’t work with outdated themes.
- Our payment processor, Paypal, might have a slight delay before crediting your account. This is out of our control.
- If you are paying with a currency other than the US dollar, we will not cover differences in the exchange rate between the time of purchase and refund.
- We will not refund cases where the license agreement was not understood. Please pull a support ticket or contact me.
- Refunds will not be granted if you decide you don’t want to use the software beyond an initial 14 day period. Please contact us if you want a trial of any plugin – it saves me money and makes you happy with your purchase in the end.
- We will not issue refunds if there is a conflict with another third-party plugin. We will try to work with you to resolve such conflicts.
- Refunds will not be granted based on minor bugs that don’t impact overall usability. Please report any bugs on a support ticket and we will work with you to remedy them.
